On arriving at the premises, our fully trained Response Officers will already be equipped with detailed assignment instructions and will be aware of any health and safety risks, knowing what actions you wish us to take in response to a particular situation. 

Keyholders are contacted only in the case of outright emergencies and even minimal site damage can be dealt with quickly and efficiently with pre-agreed arrangements. 

An empty property is a vulnerable property. 

We can carry out spot checks and out-of-hours patrols to ensure the site is safe with no signs of intrusion. 

We can even unlock your premises prior to staff commencing work and /or carry out an internal patrol and lock down once they have left for the day. 

Keyholding is managed in line with BS7984 regulations. 

Our key safe system enables us to confirm the location of keys at all times, as well as providing a full usage audit trail.

Our security officers will arrive at your property in a highly visible, fully liveried vehicle and undertake a full security patrol of your premises at agreed frequencies checking for damage or intrusion. 

Our mobile patrol service includes taking security measures such as locking unsecured windows and doors and preventing potential damage to property by checking for fire and flood hazards. 

All visits are undertaken in accordance with BS7499 and are electronically monitored providing an auditable trail of service. 

Our mobile patrol service can be delivered as a stand-alone function or in conjunction with Key Holding and Alarm Response.
